We strive to mail out your orders as promptly as possible.
The book boxes may take a few days longer to ship due to "building" the personalized box and selecting just the right products.
Once your order has shipped you will get a confirmation email and tracking # (if applicable).
Once your order has shipped it is in the responsibility of the USPS. However, we will do our best to assist in anyway we can if there is an issue.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or if it is damaged in any way please contact us discuss refund of the purchase price.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please note, if you are requesting a refund based on an issue with condition we kindly ask you to provide photographs in order for us to best advise a suitable resolution.
If you’ve lost your receipt we can exchange items at the current selling price only.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
